If you like the look of what you have seen here and feel you are ready to make that next step then this is where you start!

This application form won't take long to complete but will need some careful thought. Broadly speaking it asks you for information in three areas:

• Your contact details
• Your employment and education history
• Your opinions on a few questions relating to your experience of leadership and the cultural sector.

The application form for the Leadership Development Days and LDDplus workshops can be saved and completed in several sessions although we can only consider fully completed applications. In order to help you, we have set out the opinion based questions here for you to consider before completing the application form.

In the application form itself, there are the usual contact detail and employment questions and then the three questions below:

• How would you describe an effective leader? Who do you see as demonstrating good qualities of leadership and why?
• What would you like to change about the sector you work in? (other than needing more time and money!) Why is this and how would you like to be able to influence this change?
• If you do not meet our specific criteria, please tell us why we should consider you for this programme?

Where possible, we would like people to apply for places on-line but if you have difficulty completing on-line forms you can download a Word version of the Application Form to complete as a Word Form or to print off and complete by hand.

IMPORTANT The final closing dates for applications are indicated on the Dates & Locations pagealthough these may change without notice so please check regularly and apply sooner rather than later! We will contact you about three weeks before your preferred course to let you know whether you have made it onto the programme.
